Description
Fadini NYOTA 115 EVO 230V Single-Phase 0.5 HP Sliding Gate Kit
Overview
Automating large, solid-clad or commercial sliding gates requires immense rotational torque that standard dry-gear electromechanical motors cannot sustain without overheating. The Fadini NYOTA 115 EVO 230V Single-Phase system answers this challenge with its continuous oil-bath lubrication framework. Because the primary drive assembly operates under constant lubrication, heat buildup is nonexistent—allowing the operator to handle high-frequency duty cycles in apartment blocks, transport depots, or high-security compounds without structural performance drops.
Safety and smooth mechanical movement are engineered into the chassis. The Nyota 115 EVO includes a sophisticated built-in digital encoder that tracks the exact millimeter position of your gate along the track. Paired with non-contact Magnetic Limit Switches, the system knows exactly when to decelerate into its soft-stop zones, protecting the physical end-stops and tracking infrastructure from repetitive mechanical impacts.
Key Features
-
Die-Cast Aluminum Protective Housing: Housed inside a highly robust, weather-resistant die-cast aluminum casing finished in protective epoxy coatings to withstand road grime, frost, and high humidity.
-
Adjustable Mechanical Torque Control: Features an internal adjustable friction clutch submerged in the oil bath, offering a reliable layer of mechanical backup anti-crush sensitivity.
-
Safe Cover Microswitch Interlock: Includes an integrated safety interlock microswitch that isolates high-voltage control operations the moment the outer cover is removed for maintenance.
-
Secure Ergonomic Release: Equipped with a robust, key-operated aluminum release handle under a protective cover, allowing instant manual gate movement during utility blackouts.

Trade Installation & Drive Backlash Tip
Pro Tip: The single most common cause of premature wear or broken teeth on a Nyota 115 EVO transmission is an incorrectly installed gear rack resting its full weight directly onto the motor’s drive pinion.
The Professional Method: When installing your gear rack segments, never mount the rack tight against the pinion. Always preserve a 1.5mm to 2.0mm physical vertical gap (backlash clearance) between the bottom valley of the rack teeth and the crown peak of the motor pinion gear. Check this clearance along the entire length of the gate track by putting the motor into manual release and rolling the gate slowly from end to end. If the gate sags at any point along its path, the gap protects the internal bronze drive gears from absorbing hundreds of kilos of vertical gate weight.
